.22LR AR15 Silent Buffer System – Carbine Length Buffer Tube. Tired of the twang of the buffer tube on recoil? Introducing our new custom made silent buffer system! These utilise a smaller diameter spring with guide rod, to prevent it contacting the buffer tube.

Designed for CMMG based AR-15 Rifles (BoreBuddy, Cotswold Classic Arms Battle Arms / Aero, Falcon Design, etc.) and provide positive pressure on the rear of the action to keep it located correctly (to improve reliability and help prevent light strikes).

(May work with other .22 AR15’s, provided the bolt does not reciprocate down the buffer tube (will not work with Tippmann)).

Guide rod and spring length is for a carbine length buffer tube.

Important: Do not use with rifles where the bolt reciprocates down the buffer tube. If you use your lower for a centre fire Upper, you MUST remove the silent buffer system and replace with a conventional buffer and spring.
