For years various bedding systems, from very simple to very elaborate, have been used to try and improve accuracy of the unique “one screw” design of the Ruger 10/22 and similar designs with varying degrees of success. We have used the enclosed bedding system for years with outstanding results. This system was designed for use with heavy barrels on Ruger 10/22 actions. However, it may be used on the factory barrels as well
